The XXVII National Conference " Some Selected Issues on Information and Communication Technology" (VNICT 2024) organized by the Institute of Information Technology - Vietnam Academy of Science and Technology and Nha Trang University co-organized in Nha Trang-Khanh Hoa on October 11-12, 2024. The conference had the coordinated participation of the Club of Faculties, Schools, and Vietnam Institute of Information and Communications Technology (FISU).

Up to now, the Conference has taken place 26 times and was held at many large and prestigious universities in the country. This is an annual forum for those working in research, implementation, teaching, and management in the field of Information and communication technology sector academic exchange, sharing application experiences, and seeking cooperation. In particular, the conference encourages young scientists, and graduate students,  to report and exchange their research and learning results. The conference encourages the display and introduction of scientific and technological products and research results applied in practice. Papers submitted to the Conference (in IEEE format, sent through the EasyChair system) that are of good quality after passing the review round will be selected to be published in the proceedings (published before the Conference, with code number). ISBN). Some excellent articles will be selected to be published in the Journal of Informatics and Cybernetics (Vietnam Academy of Science and Technology) and specialized magazines: Research, development and application of Technology projects. Information and Communications (Information and Communications Magazine - Ministry of Information and Communications) and Science and technology in the field of Information Security (Information Security Magazine - Government Cipher Committee). Articles selected for publication in the Proceedings or Journal must have at least one author present a slide at the Conference.
